Just a quick query, Im using the ipad and on my map I can see several blue circles showing with smaller circles inside them.
What are these showing, exactly?

ah yes, Ive just found the webpage which shows the symbols
the circles I saw seem to be wind symbols
I suppose the circle means VRB or no particular direction?
